Hiring Opportunity

Wember Inc. is currently accepting resumes for a potential position based in Casper, WY. This role is contingent upon the award of a project presently out to bid in the Casper area. If awarded, the anticipated start date for the position will be June or July of 2026.

About the Role

As a Project Manager at Wember Inc., you will lead the planning, execution, and oversight of sustainable design projects from inception through completion. You will collaborate closely with project teams to ensure objectives are achieved on schedule and within budget. Your leadership will be essential in delivering a successful project that meets both organizational standards and client expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in project management
  • Experience with project management software, such as Microsoft Project
  • Strong understanding of project life cycle and project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sustainable design projects
