About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical intern to support our Product Management and Merchandising teams. This role will focus on the Global Catalogue/Product Information Management (PIM) initiative and broader product operations projects. The successful candidate will work with large datasets, leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, and contribute to the organization and optimization of product information at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Global Catalogue/PIM initiative by structuring, mapping, and maintaining large volumes of product data.
  • Use AI tools to assist with auto-tagging, categorization, and attribution of product records against established taxonomy standards.
  • Conduct competitor research and audits, collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist with product merchandising activities, including data validation, quality assurance, and content organization.
  • Support recurring merchandising tasks and ad hoc product operations projects as required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI-enabled workflows.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program such as Business, Commerce, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and spreadsheets.
  • Interest in product management, merchandising, e-commerce, or data operations.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) and enthusiasm for applying them to business processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
