The department is composed of recognized subject matter experts, who are proficient in a suite of program and risk management skills including: leading people, project communications, scope management employing Agile, establishing program metrics, developing schedules, and more. The Enterprise Program & Risk Management department provides support across a wide range of MITRE portfolios, employing ~ 50 highly qualified and experienced staff. Roles & Responsibilities: * Project coordination for MITRE projects
* Implementation and maintenance of project schedules
* Implementation and maintenance of project risk register(s)
* Research associated with specific project requirements
* Handling of project logistics, including meeting management and facilitation
* Project communications and reporting (includes generation of project periodic reports)
* Management of project artifacts
* Application of artificial intelligence (AI) approaches to project management Basic Qualifications: * Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years of related experience
* Basic knowledge of project, program and risk management as would be evident by a Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
* Experience in the application of AI tools
* Specific experience in one or more project management domain (e.g., risk management, change control, schedule management, project reporting, quality management)
* Ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance
* Per the U.S. Government's eligibility requirements for a clearance, U.S Citizenship is required
* This position requires a minimum of 50% hybrid on-site Preferred Qualifications: * Specific project management experience
