JOB DESCRIPTION:
Description: Candidates will gain experience and knowledge in software methodologies, project management methodologies, and lean thinking. The key concentration is to provide real life experiences for the candidates to gain a better understanding of how IT operates and interacts with the business in order to enable key processes and capabilities.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $22-$27.
Responsibilities:
* Participate on assignments in IT roles such as an IT Business Analyst, Software Engineer, or Project Leader that allow you to apply theoretical learnings to real-world problems.
* Responsible for learning and understanding how IT functions interact in order to provide successful technical solutions to the business
* Complete assignments on-time and on budget, while escalating issues to your leaders as appropriate
* Actively participate on a number of teams to complete your assignments
Preferred Qualifications:
* Currently enrolled in bachelor's program
* Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Software engineering, Business analytics, data analytics
* General understanding of technology purposes and concepts
* Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
* GPA of 3.0 or above
