Do you enjoy turning information into insights, bringing organization to complex work and helping teams continually improve? As BPA Health’s Quality Management Coordinator, you will help connect our goals, quality measures and day-to-day work so we can better understand our impact and identify opportunities to improve.

Position Summary

The Quality Management Coordinator provides coordination and operational support for BPA Health’s enterprise-wide Quality Management Program. Reporting to and working under the direction of the Director of Internal Growth & Retention, this position supports quality priorities established by leadership and aligned with organizational goals.

The position coordinates quality governance activities, quality measurement and reporting, policy and document control, regulatory documentation, and appeals, complaints and fraud, waste and abuse (FWA) processes. Working across departments, the coordinator maintains schedules, documentation, dashboards and follow-up activities to help ensure quality work remains organized, accurate and on track. This role also supports the review of performance data by identifying trends, risks and potential improvement opportunities for leadership’s consideration.

BPA Health operates on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which emphasizes clear accountability, measurable results, disciplined execution and consistent follow-through. The individual in this role is expected to demonstrate BPA Health’s Core Values — Growth Mindset, Actively Engage, Do the Right Thing and Do What You Say — in all responsibilities and interactions.

This is a full-time, non-exempt, coordination-focused position. It supports the execution of enterprise quality priorities but does not independently establish quality strategy or manage the quality responsibilities assigned to individual departments.
