Job Requirements

This role supports EPMO project managers, senior project managers, and portfolio leaders by assisting with task tracking, project documentation, reporting, and communications across the EPMO team and UMMS stakeholders. The role supports the monitoring of project scope, timelines/schedule, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with EPMO standards and governance. The position maintains project records, prepares reports, and ensures timely submission of change controls and approvals. The role is key to facilitating actions for internal and external stakeholder tasks, providing administrative support for meetings and project activities.


  • Assists in organizing, tracking progress, monitoring project tasks, scope, timelines, budget, and deliverables in accordance with EPMO controls, standards, and governance. Uses EPMO standard tools and templates to perform project work.
  • Supports communications between cross functional UMMS stakeholder teams, EPMO project managers, EPMO leadership, contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Maintains project documentation, including schedules, reports, statuses, and KPI results. Track project budgets, expenses, and invoice payments.
  • Identifies potential risks, issues, or delays and escalate appropriately to minimize impacts.
  • Provides project reports timely and in the EPMO standard format. Submits project change controls in accordance with EPMO governance guidelines. Secures the approvals related to projects in accordance with EPMO governance guidelines.
  • Provides administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting notes.
  • Contribute to improving EPMO project management processes and workflows.
  • Complete training to promote safety, enhance patient care and professional growth.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Work Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3 years of project coordination/ project support experience required.
  • PMP certification preferred not required.ย If job position is accepted, PMP certification must be completed 24 months from work start date.
