Job description

Project Management Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Management Analyst to support a critical business transformation: the implementation of a new Vendor Management System (VMS) and the modernization of our contingent workforce program. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and technically strong professional looking to gain hands-on experience in large-scale software implementation, change management, and project coordination. We are looking for someone with strong transferable skills—specifically in data analysis, communication, and project management —who is eager to learn, adapt quickly, and help drive this project to a successful launch. This candidate will interact with suppliers, to executives, and everyone in between making this an exciting and rare opportunity.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Support the project team by tracking milestones, maintaining project plans, managing action-item logs, and scheduling key stakeholder meetings.

• Data Analysis & Clean-up: Analyze workforce data in Excel to prepare it for seamless migration into the new VMS.

• Change Management & Communications: Assist in drafting program communications, newsletters, and announcements to keep internal teams and external vendors informed.

 • Presentation & Collateral Design: Create highly polished, professional PowerPoint presentations for executive updates, town halls, and stakeholder alignment meetings.

• System Demos & Training: Learn the new VMS platform, assist in building user training materials (guides, videos, FAQs), and co-facilitate live system demonstrations and training sessions for end-users.

• Testing Support: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to identify system bugs or workflow issues prior to launch.

Qualifications & Transferable Skills:

• Analytical Mindset: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data cleansing) with an ability to spot trends or inconsistencies in data.

• Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting or speaking in front of small-to-medium groups.

• Visual Storyteller: Exceptional PowerPoint skills with an eye for clean, professional layout design and the ability to translate complex ideas into simple visuals.

• Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn new software applications and digital tools.

• Self-Starter: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, temporary project environment.

• Analyze business needs and present recommendations to upper management, facilitating strategic discussions and actionable outcomes.
