Job Summary
  • Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of our electrical busway system projects. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, managing communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely and efficient project completion.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical systems, project management, and a strong ability to oversee multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
  • Project Coordination & Execution
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing busway system projects from initiation to completion.
  • Pricing & Quotation to the Project
  • Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, sales, production, logistics) to ensure seamless project workflow.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet customer requirements.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the key liaison between clients, contractors, and vendors.
  • Organize and lead project meetings, providing timely updates to all stakeholders.
  • Address project-related inquiries and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of busway system components.
  • Work with production and supply chain teams to track manufacturing schedules and inventory availability.
  • Coordinate site deliveries and installation schedules with contractors and customers.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance
  • Ensure that all project activities comply with company standards, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections as needed to verify compliance with project specifications.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation required for approvals, testing, and final handover.
  • Reporting & Documentation

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Excel, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical busway systems and power distribution solutions.
  • Bilingual Korean and English
