What You'll DoDrive Logistics Operations
  • Support the day-to-day activities of our Third-Party Carrier (3PC) network.
  • Assist with operational requests, issue resolution, and transportation-related initiatives.
  • Partner with internal teams to support critical business objectives.
  • Help coordinate logistics projects, process improvements, and operational programs.
Manage Critical Data & Compliance
  • Maintain and administer key logistics databases and carrier information repositories.
  • Review and audit transportation agreements, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure carrier, terminal, and transportation records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Support operational compliance and carrier qualification processes.
Oversee Workflow Processes
  • Manage logistics workflows and approvals through business process platforms.
  • Support transportation and wholesale carrier vetting activities.
  • Monitor workflow progress and ensure timely completion of approvals and requests.
  • Help maintain operational standards and safety requirements.
Monitor Carrier Performance
  • Track service performance across carrier partners and strategic customer accounts.
  • Assist in developing and distributing performance reports and operational scorecards.
  • Identify service trends, operational risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support initiatives that improve carrier performance and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Collect, organize, and analyze operational data.
  • Support KPI reporting and business performance reviews.
  • Assist leadership with reporting, audits, and strategic projects.
  • Help turn data into actionable business insights.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting logistics operations, carrier management, transportation coordination, billing, or operational programs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in transportation, fuel, logistics, supply chain, or distribution environments.
  • Knowledge of carrier management, freight operations, or transportation coordination.
  • Experience with business systems, workflow platforms, databases, or logistics software.
  • Familiarity with fuel transportation, terminal operations, or shipping processes.
  • Experience with platforms such as Quickbase, Kissflow, TMS applications, or similar operational systems.
