Introduction:

We are seeking a Project Integrator for a long-term program supporting an IC customer in Chantilly, VA. This position requires an active TS/SCI full-scope polygraph clearance and being onsite.

The Project Integrator will be responsible for introducing and implementing Configuration Management processes, supporting the full life cycle of the Customer’s CM Database, tracking and monitoring Change Requests, and providing follow-up coordination and status for action items or issues. Additionally, the candidate will assist in changes to the CM process, support project teams in defining, documenting, and changing project configuration items, and serve as the Enterprise Scrum Lead for the organization.

Requirements:

1. Introduce and implement Configuration Management (CM) processes according to Customer guidelines.
2. Support the full life cycle of the Customer’s CM Database (CMDB) by scheduling meetings and developing meeting agendas.
3. Track, monitor, and provide the status of Change Requests (CRs), Discrepancy Reports (DRs), and Request for Changes (RFCs) in coordination with the Customer’s IT Operations organization.
4. Provide follow-up coordination and status for action items or issues.
5. Process on a regular cycle discrepancy reports requirements, build reports, investigation reports, requests for changes or operation change requests.
6. Assist in changes to the CM process and establish and maintain new and existing schedules.
7. Support project teams in defining, documenting, changing, and baselining project configuration items.
8. Ensure that the websites are correctly formatted, contain updated information, and have the same common look and feel.
9. Serve as the Enterprise Scrum Lead for the organization

10. Demonstrated experience with software configuration management documentation (CM Processes, SOPs, CM meeting minutes, and Agendas).

11. Demonstrated experience working with ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence sites, and SharePoint.

12. 3. Demonstrated experience managing and creating organization roadmaps for technical projects.

13. Demonstrated experience managing and creating organization master project schedule(s).

14. Demonstrated experience developing, managing, or operating program governance boards.

15. Demonstrated experience with protocols for access administration and system deployments.

Nice to Have:

1. Demonstrated experience troubleshooting problems and document discrepancies.
2. Demonstrated experience submitting system status and updates to scheduling and coordinating across organizations for system releases or outages.
3. Demonstrated experience tracking and modifying CI’s, incidents, and work orders using ServiceNow.
