Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the financial governance of capital investment projects, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, cash flow planning, and reporting
• Develop and manage project cash flow forecasts using inputs from project teams, contract terms, and approved investment plans
• Track and report actual project investment against budget, ensuring data accuracy, visibility, and timely financial insights
• Ensure compliance with APM Terminals finance policies, CFO guidelines, concession agreements, and shareholder reporting requirements
• Review capitalization of fixed assets, accruals, supplier invoices, and payment schedules in collaboration with Accounting and Asset Delivery teams
• Support change management by evaluating financial impact of scope or budget changes and preparing business cases and scenario analyses
• Contribute to risk management activities by supporting identification, quantification, and tracking of project-related financial risks
What We Are Looking For

• Effective communicator who collaborates well with cross-functional teams and can engage confidently with senior stakeholders
