We are seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Project Coordinator to support the design and construction of the VA Medical Center project in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Qualifications to be successful in the role:
- At least an Associate's degree in Arts or Science.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in technical project coordination, preferably within the architectural-engineering industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in document control, project management, and updating project schedules.
- Strong oversight skills in the construction process, ensuring work activities comply with schedules, specifications, standard construction practices, and safety requirements.
- Experience in preparing progress reports and maintaining accurate project records
- Completed 10-hour OSHA Safety Training.
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
