Job Description Job Title: Traveling Superintendent - Data Center & MEP Experience Location: Kosciusko, MS. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Traveling Superintendent with specialized experience in data center construction and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on data center projects and a deep understanding of MEP systems.

This position involves overseeing the execution of construction projects across multiple sites and ensuring successful completion on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards and specifications. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and oversee the construction of data center projects, focusing on MEP installations and systems integration. Lead, coordinate, and manage on-site construction activities, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal personnel.

Ensure all construction work meets project specifications, quality standards, and industry regulations. Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing, ensuring all systems are integrated correctly for optimal performance. Monitor project schedules and workflows to ensure timely completion of milestones and overall project timelines.

Perform regular site inspections to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and progress against project goals. Maintain and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the course of the project, working closely with the project management team.

Willingness to travel frequently to various project sites as required. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project needs and timelines. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not needed.
