OutSystems is seeking a Principal Product Manager to help lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our emerging AI Agent platform, Agent Workbench. You'll be a part of cross-functional teams and define how agents and agentic-enabled applications can simplify, automate, and accelerate the transformation of an organization's business.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Lead the product vision and strategy for designated AI Agent initiatives, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
- Define and prioritize product requirements informed by user research, data insights, and market trends.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, architecture, and data science teams to translate complex AI capabilities into usable, scalable features.
- Partner with GTM teams and Product Marketing to refine positioning, pricing, and adoption strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement and measurable outcomes across the product lifecycle.

✅ Qualifications / What You Need To Succeed
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in AI, PaaS, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Proven leadership experience guiding multidisciplinary teams or managing other PMs.
- Demonstrated technical background or familiarity with modern AI/ML concepts, APIs, and developer tools.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep customer empathy and a track record of shipping impactful, data-driven products.
Salary Range (base): $215k - $222k
Salary Determination: Our salary range is based on industry standards, company performance, and market conditions. We offer competitive compensation packages to attract and retain highly qualified professionals.
