About the Role:

The Field Tech/Laborer at Kha'P'O Construction in KC plays a critical role in supporting the successful execution of commercial construction projects from the ground up. This position involves hands-on work in excavation, demolition, and site preparation, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with project managers and construction teams to assist in project estimation and management activities, contributing to the timely and cost-effective delivery of projects. The Field Tech/Laborer is also responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery, adhering strictly to construction safety protocols to protect themselves and their coworkers. Ultimately, this position is essential in laying the foundation for commercial buildings and infrastructure, directly impacting the overall success and reputation of Kha'P'O Construction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in excavation and demolition within commercial construction projects.
  • Familiarity with operating heavy machinery safely and effectively.
  • Basic understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices.
