Reach Beyond with PALFINGER as a Project Engineer based in Oklahoma City, OK; you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and contributing to engineering and research & development activities focused on custom body and chassis integration with aerial working platforms. You will serve as a key technical resource supporting both pre-sale and manufacturing functions while developing innovative turnkey solutions that meet customer requirements. This role combines engineering design, testing, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality products and solutions. Your Responsibilities
  • Develop custom turnkey solutions that meet customer specifications and support fabrication, assembly, and testing requirements.
  • Serve as a primary technical resource for pre-sale activities and manufacturing operations.
  • Create engineering schematics, specifications, drawings, 3D models, and accurate bills of materials to support project execution.
  • Analyze test results, validate performance requirements, and recommend design modifications to meet specifications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and customers while ensuring compliance with ANSI A92.2 and customer standards.

Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME) or Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET).
  • Six to ten years of experience in a manufacturing and/or research and development environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with 3D CAD software; CREO Parametric experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
