About the Role
This role supports advanced engineering programs by coordinating planning, execution, and reporting across cross-functional teams. The Project Engineer will manage schedules, materials, and program controls while driving process improvements that enhance efficiency and documentation quality. The position plays a key role in ensuring engineering projects are delivered on time and aligned with program objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of advanced engineering programs
  • Serve as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for assigned programs
  • Maintain and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) aligned to milestones and resource plans
  • Monitor program performance using project controls and earned value metrics
  • Act as the primary liaison for material procurement, including requisitions, receipt verification, and kitting
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and program stakeholders
  • Identify and implement continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure program documentation accuracy and compliance with internal standards
  • Support integration and test equipment activities within engineering programs
  • Communicate status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related field
  • 3+ years of project management or project engineering experience
  • Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams
