Overview

Pepsico Beverages Fall 2026 Sales Co-op

Location: Stoney Creek, ON

Fall Term: September to December 2026

Job Type: Onsite (Field based), daily travel required (local)

Compensation: $21.25 to $28.50 per hour 

What Will You Do in Your First Experience?

During your 4-month co-op term, you will be fully immersed in our sales operations, learning the business from two unique perspectives: 


Responsibilities

Ground Up 
You will learn what it takes to develop and sustain a growing CPG business and stretch your current skills by selling and marketing our products to a set group of retailers.  You will gain critical sales experiences including but not limited to: 

  • Developing relationships across our Field Sales network, receive best in class coaching & engage in career connects with Leadership.
  • Leverage sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets. 
  • Sell & service our customers in compliance with our Customer Development Agreements
  •  Flex both your entrepreneurial muscles and your physical muscles while merchandising our iconic brands to execute advertising displays.

Building Critical Business Skills:
As you progress through your term, you will work closely with our Sales leaders and will be responsible for utilizing strong analytical and communication skills to execute a field sales project to help the team deliver results with our most important customers. Key aspects of this assignment can include: 

  • POS optimization
  • Innovation Launch & Sustainment
  • Customer Development Agreement optimization
  • Other unique projects rooted in real-time business priorities.

  • You are in your third year of study, Business Degree preferred.
  • Valid, full driver’s license, with a clean driving record & reliable daily access to a personal vehicle 
  • High academic achievement along with demonstrated ability to pursue other interests at the same time.
  • A skilled problem solver who enjoys challenges 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with all levels within the organization, from front-line to executive. 
  • A self-starter with the ability to plan work to meet objectives, set priorities and manage work schedule.
