The Project Director will play an essential role in leading and managing extensive commercial restoration projects from initial loss through final reconstruction. Their responsibilities will include maintaining client relationships, directing internal teams and subcontractors, managing project profitability, and overseeing multiple jobs simultaneously. This high-impact role offers the ability to blend project management, estimating, and business development skills within the insurance restoration space.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple large-scale commercial restoration projects simultaneously.
  • Oversee mitigation and reconstruction phases from start to finish.
  • Develop detailed estimates using Xactimate.
  • Review and manage time and material billing.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for adjusters and clients.
