Job Description

Allied Universal is hiring a Project Manager. The Project Manager will administratively support regional leadership by managing and tracking deliverable, managing project deadlines, driving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) achievement and company initiatives.

  • Please note: This is a contract role that ends at the end of 2026.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure direct and indirect reports meet company standards pertaining to quality of work performed on an ongoing basis
  • Develop and implement training materials; regional processes and procedures
  • Lead strategic projects; direct the work of regional management; establish and delegate deadlines
  • Develop and support the implementation of performance improvement plans
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Partner with regional leaders to complete client-based projects, identifying areas for improvement
  • Create, track, and maintain various weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports utilizing internal systems and dashboards
  • Provide administrative support as assigned by the region, to include submitting travel arrangements, printing, copying, processing invoices and submitting expense reports
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents as requested

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess one or more of the following:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field
    • Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of administrative management experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years of administrative management experience
  • Administrative management experience in an office setting
  • Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize multiple systems and applications
  • Ability to work with new or existing presentation to create and deliver appealing, persuasive, and effective presentations
  • Demonstrated problem solving, confidence and decision-making ability to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong financial skills with the ability to analyze data and report on regional metrics
  • Ability to prioritize workload based on urgency; able to delegate time sensitive tasks and communicate to a range of audiences including to executive management

  • Project management experience

BENEFITS:

  • Base wage: $70,000 - $100,000(Compensation for this role will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and market alignment. The final offer may vary within the posted range depending on these considerations.)
  • Medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance
  • Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days
  • Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly. Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law.
