Job description

Pay Range: 97,900.00 to 127,400.00 per year

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

The Development Manager Institutional Giving is a key member of the Foundation team supporting the hospitals mission through the management of Childrens Miracle Network Hospitals CMN accounts and related fundraising programs.

This role includes overseeing CMN account reporting and partner stewardship, while also supporting community based fundraising third party campaigns and cause marketing initiatives.

The position requires strong communication project management and relationship building skills.

A typical day as a Development Manager:

  • Support peer to peer and community fundraising efforts, including campaign planning volunteer engagement and donor recognition
  • Assist with cause marketing and third party fundraising campaigns tied to CMN and other institutional partnerships
  • Maintain accurate and timely donor and campaign records in CRM systems and prepare internal and external reports
  • Represent the Foundation at CMN related events partner activations hospital tours and check presentations
  • Coordinate closely with Miracle Families to highlight mission stories and deepen donor engagement

To be considered, you must have: 

Bachelors degree required. 3 to 5 years of nonprofit or fundraising experience. Experience with CMN peer to peer fundraising or community based engagement preferred. Proficiency in CRM systems such as Raisers Edge is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills ability to work collaboratively across teams.
