Summary Statement

Artificial intelligence is changing the way we work in Marketing and Sales. As AI Solution Owner Marketing & Sales (f/m/d), you are part of Global IT and report directly to the Head of Marketing & Sales Technology. 

From an IT perspective, you own new standalone AI standard solutions in a "buy" approach - from initial demand clarification, vendor selection, security and data privacy checks, architecture and integration alignment through to implementation, operations, continuous improvement and phase-out. 

This makes you a central contributor to Ottobock's AI journey: you bring innovative AI solutions into the organization in a structured, secure and scalable way. 

Duties & Responsibilities

End-to-end IT ownership for new standalone AI standard solutions in Marketing & Sales 

Intake, structuring and qualification of new AI demands together with the business 

Clarification of scope, value, requirements, technical feasibility and priority 

Preparation and support of vendor pitches as well as evaluation of solutions from an IT perspective 

Coordination of security, data privacy, compliance and risk checks 

Support of commercial negotiations together with Procurement 

Alignment with IT Integration, Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics and other IT functions 

Support of test, pilot and implementation phases in close collaboration with Business Owners and vendors 

Ensuring the transition into operations and acting as central technical contact for further development, operations and phase-out 

Transparent communication of status, risks and decision needs to relevant stakeholders 

Qualifications

Passion for artificial intelligence, digital innovation and modern business technologies 

University degree, e.g. in business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable field 

Several years of experience in IT project management, solution management, application management or demand management 

Good understanding of SaaS solutions, cloud architectures, interfaces, security requirements and IT operating models 

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into robust IT solution approaches 

Experience working with vendors, Procurement, Security, Data Privacy, Architecture and IT Integration 

High level of initiative, structured working style and strong coordination skills 

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in German and English
