Responsibilities
- Supports execution of firm-wide project delivery initiatives across sectors and practices.
- Assists in maintaining and organizing delivery tools, templates, dashboards, and resource materials.
- Executes established workflows and supports consistent adoption and application of defined delivery expectations.
- Maintains dashboards, reports, and tracking tools to support delivery performance monitoring.
- Ensures accuracy and organization of delivery-related documentation and knowledge resources.
- Identifies workflow inconsistencies and escalates issues to Project Delivery leadership.
- Supports onboarding of Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and other project leaders by preparing materials, organizing resources, and ensuring access to delivery tools and documentation.
- Supports coordination and execution of training initiatives, including preparation of materials and updates to resources.
- Collaborates across Corporate Services teams and practices to support alignment with established delivery guidance.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience required.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience within the AEC industry or a similar project-based, multi-disciplinary environment, or demonstrated ability to independently execute delivery workflows and maintain delivery tools and reporting.
- Familiarity with project management or ERP platforms (e.g., Deltek Vantagepoint or similar systems)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to follow defined workflows and procedures
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
