The Business Development Director will be a key factor in our current growth. You will work across our ecosystem of technology and services to deliver high value solutions to enterprise clients.
The team you'll be a part of
You will be part of a globally acting team focusing on selling LanguageWire's techonlogy stack and actively supporting our vision of becoming a tech lead super agency. You will work closely with your direct leader, Senior Director and Managing Director US, and also with other departments, such as our customer excellence and onboarding team to ensure your acquired customers will have a great customer experience throughout the process.

  • Having previous experience in the translation, localization, or language services industry
  • Driving new business growth and consistently achieving or exceeding annual sales targets across the US region
  • Proactively identifying, hunting and converting new opportunities into signed deals

  • Building and developing relationships with future enterprise customers through value-based and consultative conversations

  • Maintaining strong CRM discipline and ensuring accurate pipeline management in HubSpot
  • Driving the end-to-end sales process, including proposals, RFPs, RFIs, MSAs, presentations, pricing discussions and contract negotiations
  • Representing LanguageWire in strategically important meetings with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Regularly visiting prospects and customers onsite to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities
  • Delivering proactive follow-up and value-based customer interactions that build trust and long-term partnerships
