Job Responsibilities:

Lead and execute sales and business development strategies for Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions US Inc., driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and cultivating strong client relationships within the industrial gases and engineering solutions sectors.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and business development plans aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, including large-scale projects and strategic partnerships, across various industries such as chemicals, refining, petrochemicals, and renewable energy.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring profitable outcomes.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers, clients, and industry stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth areas.
Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and legal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial offers to prospective clients.
Represent Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions US Inc. at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Monitor sales performance against targets, provide regular reports to senior management, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in sales and business development within the industrial gases, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction), or related heavy industrial sectors.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
Extensive experience in developing and executing complex sales strategies for large-scale industrial projects.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, as required.
