  • Oversee the alignment of Keen University programs with organizational goals, ensuring employees have access to relevant training and growth opportunities.
  • Serve as an active member of Keen University, cocreating training programs to support career progression and skill enhancement for employees. Includes leadership programs and succession planning to support company growth.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure success of Road to Mastery apprenticeship program.
  • Regularly assess the impact of development programs, gathering feedback to refine training initiatives, and foster an environment of continuous learning.
  • WORKFORCE PLANNING
  • Lead workforce planning efforts, oversee recruitment strategy, succession planning, and longterm staffing needs to support company growth.
  • Partner with leadership to implement organizational design and change management initiatives, improving crossfunctional effectiveness.
  • Partner with leadership to forecast talent needs, utilizing leading indicators.
  • Own the Accountability Chart, with clear language and regular updates.
  • Ensure that the right talent is in the right seats at the right time to align with business objectives and to drive growth.

  • EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • SHRMSCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with increasing leadership responsibility, including experience leading multiple HR disciplines.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership to develop and execute people strategies that support organizational performance and growth.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives with operational and financial objectives.
  • Experience developing leaders, driving organizational effectiveness, and leading change initiatives.
  • Experience designing and implementing talent management, succession planning, compensation, and workforce planning strategies.
  • Experience in construction, engineering, professional services, or a related projectbased industry preferred.
  • EOS experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and decisionmaking skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
