Job Summary:
JTB Hawaii Travel, LLC is a leader in innovative entertainment and travel services in Hawaii. They are seeking an Associate for their Tourism Platform Development to assist with day-to-day operations, data collection, and execution of activities related to service development and digital platform support.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in collecting market data related to travel demand, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
• Support data organization and preparation of reports.
• Assist in testing new services, features, and operational processes.
• Collect and organize operational data (usage logs, customer feedback, GPS/MAP data).
• Identify and report operational issues and improvement opportunities.
• Support ongoing service enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in coordinating transportation services (airport transfer, trolley, shuttle, etc.).
• Support daily operations and data tracking related to services.
• Assist with updating digital content and maintaining system data.
• Support coordination with internal teams and vendors.
• Perform basic tasks related to digital platforms (content updates, data entry, testing support).
• Support communication and coordination with business partners.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing materials.
• Follow up on assigned tasks with internal and external stakeholders.
