This role is responsible for coordinating with clients, internal teams, contractors, vendors, and installation crews to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to Empire & Co.'s quality standards.The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, account coordination, and construction, with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously. This position requires travel to project sites across the United States at least three (3) days per week. Candidates are ideally based in the Central or Western United States to best support travel requirements; however, qualified candidates from other locations will be considered. Flexibility to travel on short notice and work occasional evenings or weekends as project schedules require is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementManage multiple projects from kickoff through final client closeout.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and installation plans.Coordinate project activities between Sales, Design, Operations, Purchasing, Installation, and clients.Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and within budget.Track project milestones and proactively communicate updates, risks, and solutions.Manage project documentation, budgets, change orders, and project reporting.Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions to minimize delays and ensure successful project delivery.Client & Account CoordinationServe as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts throughout the project lifecycle.Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional customer service.Participate in client meetings, construction meetings, and conference calls.Coordinate with architects, designers, builders, general contractors, and other project stakeholders.Manage client expectations while ensuring Empire & Co. delivers a high-quality customer experience.Construction & Site CoordinationCoordinate field verifications and site readiness prior to project execution.Review construction schedules and ensure alignment with project timelines.Collaborate with general contractors, trade partners, building management, and vendors to coordinate site access, deliveries, loading docks, and installation logistics.Monitor job site progress and proactively resolve issues that may impact project schedules.Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.Installation & LogisticsCoordinate furniture, fixtures, equipment (FFE), and other project-related deliveries.Verify incoming shipments and ensure product accuracy.Coordinate installation schedules with internal operations teams and third-party vendors.Ensure punch lists are completed and resolved in a timely manner.Conduct final walkthroughs and facilitate project closeout activities.Assist in coordinating additional work orders and project changes as needed.Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate project schedules, budgets, documentation, and status reports.Communicate project updates, timelines, and potential risks to clients and internal stakeholders.Prepare and provide project closeout documentation and operational materials as required.Ensure project records are complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.QualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience.Experience in construction, commercial interiors, facilities, furniture, or a related industry.Salary is based on experience, with an anticipated range of $95,000–$110,000 annually.Strong account coordination and client relationship management experience.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams.Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams).Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.Experience managing Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FFE) projects.Experience working with architects, designers, contractors, and construction teams.Knowledge of project scheduling and construction coordination processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
