What this job involves:
Delivery of fast track data center and mission critical projects. The PM is responsible for day-to-day project execution, scope, schedule, budget, technical coordination, and stakeholder communication. This role works closely with senior project managers, clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on-time, on-budget, safely, efficiently, and in alignment with JLL standards.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Project Delivery & Controls
  • Execute project delivery activities through planning, execution, and closeout phases in accordance with approved project plans and senior PM direction to deliver scope on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with client requirements and JLL standards.
  • Maintain and update project plans, schedules, budgets, and reporting under senior PM oversight to support accurate forecasting, milestone tracking, and effective project execution.
  • Track and document project financials, change orders, and contract deliverables to support financial performance, contract compliance, and successful project delivery.
  • Identify project risks to senior PM for mitigation strategy, development, and issue resolution to maintain project scope, schedule, and budget objectives.

Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for clients, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders on behalf of the senior PM; maintain clear communication and alignment throughout project execution.
  • Build and maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships to support collaboration, project execution, and client satisfaction.
  • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder coordination to support timely decision-making and successful project delivery.

Technical Coordination & Project Execution
  • Coordinate planned project and site activities with subcontractors, service providers, equipment vendors, and suppliers to support coordinated project execution.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support constructability reviews, technical planning, and execution readiness. Align project execution with design requirements, operational constraints, shutdown requirements, and applicable client and industry standards.
  • Review field progress, contractor activities, and technical execution to support quality, compliance, project readiness, and successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate resolution of technical and site-related issues impacting project execution.

Safety & Compliance
  • Promote and enforce site safety requirements and safe work practices throughout project.
  • Support coordination of MOPs, shutdown planning, and operational risk reviews for planned facility activities.
  • Ensure quality control processes, compliance requirements, and inspections are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired experience and technical skills:
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 4-6 years of project management experience in data centers, industrial, mission-critical, or equivalent construction environments.
  • Experience cooridnating project scope, schedule, budget, contractors, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Working knowledge of mission-critical building systems including electrical, mechanical, cooling, and critical power infrastructure.
  • Experience supporting construction, commissioning, testing, turnover, or related project activities within active operational environments.
  • Proficiency with project management, scheduling, and financial tracking tools.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively across clients, contractors, vendors, and technical teams.
  • Availability to travel up to 50% overall, as needed.

Preferred:
  • Data center specific experience in construction and/or infrastructure projects, including familiarity with critical power, cooling systems, commissioning, and operational constraints within live environments.
  • Experience with design-build, EPC, phased, or fast-track project delivery models where aggressive timelines are a core project requirement.
  • Familiarity with mission-critical infrastructure systems including UPS, generators, switchgear, chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, and building management systems.
  • Experience supporting commissioning activities, shutdown planning, and MOP development for mission-critical operations.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, PE, EIT, or other relevant industry credentials.
  • Experience leading speed-to-market delivery for colocation operators or hyperscale clients where aggressive timelines are a core business requirement.

Estimated compensation for this position:
94,815.00 - 116,207.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
