The Department of Marketing Technology & Analytics is currently seeking a full time Market Technology Project Delivery Manager to work hybrid in Miami.

CORE JOB SUMMARY
The Market Technology Project Delivery Manager leads agile delivery for the Marketing Technology & Analytics practice and drives a multi-year enterprise web re-platforming program across the University's digital properties. The incumbent runs Scrum ceremonies, owns the Jira and Atlassian backlog, and maintains the agile operating rhythm to ensure engineering and content teams ship work in disciplined sprints.
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS

• Runs the practice's Scrum ceremonies end to end, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, across engineering, content, and partner teams working in two-week sprints.

• Coaches Product Owners and platform leads on user story decomposition, acceptance criteria, and forecast-quality estimating.

• Surfaces and removes impediments while escalating cross-functional blockers and protecting sprint commitments from mid-sprint churn.

• Administers and evolves the Atlassian stack, specifically Jira and Confluence, at the practice level, including project schemes, workflows, issue hierarchy, boards, sprints, dashboards, and reporting.

• Standardizes intake, shared definitions of done, and templates so dashboards stay comparable as the practice scales.

• Manages the delivery relationship with external partners and systems integrators, ensuring each engagement produces repeatable internal operating capability rather than isolated project output.

• Absorbs partner working models, such as backlog structure, working agreements, and reporting cadences, into University-native patterns and runs end-of-engagement retrospectives.

• Produces concise, narrative-grade delivery status for senior leadership and the CMO's office regarding throughput, in-flight risk, and clear decision asks.

• Leads internal enablement on agile practices, product mindset, and tooling while helping build delivery discipline as a team-wide capability.

• Establishes and continuously assesses the effectiveness of the internal controls within the unit and compliance with University policies and procedures. Ensures employees are trained on controls within the function and on University policy and procedures.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required

• Operational Management: Optimizes day-to-day operations and processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

• Organizational Development: Ability to implement strategies to improve organizational effectiveness, engagement, and manage change.

• Financial Oversight: Knowledge of financial operations and management.

• Team Leadership: Ability to create and maintain a cohesive and productive team environment, build positive working relationships and work collaboratively with others.

• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using office software, technology, and relevant computer applications.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
