Position Responsibilities
This role combines hands-on data management, Salesforce support, user training, reporting and process improvement. The analyst will play a key role in ensuring Project and Pursuit data is accurate, complete, and actionable across the firm.

  • Data Quality, Analysis and Research

    • Own the quality, accuracy, and completeness of Pursuit and Project data within Salesforce.

    • Research, collect, validate, and enter Project, Pursuit, and Client data into Salesforce.

    • Partner with marketing and project management teams to identify data gaps, prioritize missing information, and improve overall data completeness.

    • Perform regular data audits and data quality reviews, implementing processes and standards that improve long-term data quality

    • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track data quality.

    • Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy

    • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support leadership and regional marketing teams

  • Salesforce Administration Support

    • Serve as support to Salesforce Administrator in maintaining CRM data integrity, governance standards, and best practices

    • Support marketing and project management Salesforce users and the Salesforce Action Team

    • Participate in testing new Salesforce functionality, enhancements, automations, and integrations in sandbox environments

    • Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve Salesforce usability and adoption

  • Training & User Enablement

    • Support the development, maintenance, and delivery of Salesforce training programs for marketing and project management teams.

    • Support onboarding and refresher training sessions, in collaboration with the Salesforce Administrator, for Salesforce users across the firm.

    • Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted learning materials for new processes, system enhancements, and data initiatives.

    • Support change management efforts by communicating system updates, process changes, and best practice to end users.

    • Monitor user adoption and feedback to improve training content and effectiveness

  • A/E Industry & Business Process Support

    • Assist marketing, project managers and other end users in updating the system and reporting as necessary

    • Support proposal and pursuit tracking including opportunity lifecycle management

    • Assist in standardizing data across regions and offices

    • Coordinate and support the Firm's data initiatives through the completion of processes as outlined by marketing leadership

  • Assists with other tasks and responsibilities as may be required, working closely with the Global Marketing Directors


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related field

  • 5+ years in professional service environments, preferably the AEC industry

  • 2+ years Salesforce Sales Cloud experience required

  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools - such as Power BI, Tableau, Python or R - a plus

  • Experience with OpenAsset

  • Robust analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

  • Strong relationship building skills across all levels

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities
