Alliance Drawback Servicesโ€™ mission is to deliver innovative drawback solutions through advanced analytics, regulatory expertise, and top-tier talent. We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead end-to-end analytics projects, from data acquisition and preparation through analysis, reporting, and client-facing insights. This role requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to independently manage data, projects, and client communications.
Key Responsibilities
Data Acquisition & Management:
  • Acquire, structure, and validate data from multiple sources to meet internal and client requirements.
  • Review, cleanse, and manage large, unstandardized datasets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.
  • Perform bulk uploads, manage databases, and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze relational data.
Analysis & Reporting:
  • Perform independent client analyses using appropriate models while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare and validate import/export datasets aligned with evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Test analytical models and parameters to determine optimal outcomes.
  • Identify trends and actionable insights and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Develop high-quality reports and visualizations for internal stakeholders and clients.
Project & Client Management:
  • Support client meetings and manage analytics-related communications.
  • Serve as a primary contact for data and documentation requests and manage client expectations.
  • Create and maintain client-specific SOPs related to drawback.
  • Monitor action items and collaborate cross-functionally on data preparation and system testing.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex data projects end to end.
  • Strong data analysis, manipulation, and visualization skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability.
