  • Lead change management and risk management processes in collaboration with construction managers, general contractors, and vendor teams

  • Review and manage contractor pay application submissions, ensuring alignment with contract terms, approved scope, and earned value

  • Ensure compliance across contracts, purchase orders, and invoices, with a strong focus on cost hygiene, audit readiness, and internal controls

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to provide clear, timely reporting and recommendations to leadership and Crusoe clients

  • Support consistent project controls practices across the campus to drive transparency, accountability, and predictability

What youโ€™ll bring to the team:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related technical discipline

  • 7โ€“10 years of experience in Project Controls and Construction Cost Management for large-scale, complex infrastructure or data center projects

  • Hands-on experience managing construction budgets for multi-billion-dollar projects or campuses

  • Strong attention to detail with proven ability to produce accurate forecasts, cashflow reports, and financial / Accrual analyses

  • Experience leading change and risk management in collaboration with construction and contractor teams

  • Demonstrated capability managing contractor pay application reviews and approvals

  • Experience ensuring compliance across contracts, purchase orders, and invoices

  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to clearly communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and clients

Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation

  • Restricted Stock Units

Compensation Range:

Compensation will be paid in the range of $155,000 โ€“ $218,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation is determined by the applicantโ€™s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
