Position SummaryThe Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting field operations by coordinating travel, logistics, scheduling, and project support activities for teams across multiple job sites. This position partners closely with Project Managers and field personnel to ensure projects remain organized, staffed, and operating efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a role that requires multitasking, problem-solving, and responsiveness to changing operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Field Division Regional Managers (RMs) and Project Managers (PMs) to coordinate travel arrangements, lodging, rental vehicles, and logistics for field personnel across multiple projects and regions
  • Partner with RMs and PMs to support project execution, scheduling, and workforce coordination
  • Manage urgent travel changes, scheduling conflicts, and last-minute operational requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Track travel expenses and assist with budget monitoring and reporting
  • Maintain accurate schedules, records, and project-related documentation
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and field staff to ensure seamless coordination
  • Support shipment scheduling, deliveries, and related logistical activities
  • Utilize internal systems and software to manage schedules, travel coordination, and operational workflows
  • Ensure alignment with company safety policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • Perform additional operational and administrative duties as needed to support successful project execution

QualificationsRequired Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in travel coordination, logistics, workforce coordination, project support, or related operations roles
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Experience coordinating schedules, travel, or logistics for field-based employees or distributed teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience coordinating travel and logistics in construction, healthcare, field service, or technical operations environments
  • Familiarity with scheduling or workforce management software
  • Experience supporting multiple Project Managers and teams across different time zones
  • Exposure to budget tracking, reporting, or project coordination activities
