Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Project Coordinator to join our dynamic architecture and planning team. This full-time position requires an individual who can seamlessly bridge the gap between design intent and project execution while maintaining exceptional coordination across all project phases. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in dRofus, Revit, and architectural planning, combined with excellent communication abilities and a keen eye for detail.


As a Project Coordinator, you will serve as a critical liaison between architects, engineers, consultants, and clients, ensuring that all project information is accurately documented, coordinated, and communicated. You will be responsible for managing project data, maintaining BIM models, and facilitating the smooth flow of information throughout the project lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Management

  • Coordinate all aspects of architectural projects from concept through construction documentation and project closeout
  • Maintain comprehensive project schedules, tracking milestones, deliverables, and critical deadlines
  • Facilitate regular coordination meetings with internal teams and external consultants
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action item lists
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential issues or conflicts
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of planning applications and regulatory documentation
  • Manage project filing systems, ensuring all documentation is properly organized and accessible

dRofus Database Management

  • Establish and maintain comprehensive project databases within dRofus, including room data sheets, equipment schedules, and functional requirements
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and input project requirements and specifications
  • Ensure seamless integration between dRofus and Revit models, maintaining data consistency across platforms
  • Generate reports and schedules from dRofus for design reviews, client presentations, and construction documentation
