Creative Project Coordinator / Manager

3+ months, approx 37 hrs/week

Onsite 3-4 days/week, downtown Toronto

Starts: August

Rate: $30-40/hr. (Depending on experience)


Our large retail client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Creative Project Coordinator/Manager to support the execution of in-store marketing initiatives and digital asset deployment across multiple channels.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the production and delivery of in-store print collateral and digital assets.
  • Manage project timelines, schedules, and key milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, and Operations.
  • Liaise with vendors, print partners, and external agencies to ensure timely execution.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure assets are reviewed, approved, and delivered according to deadlines.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of project coordination experience, preferably within retail, marketing, or consumer goods.
  • Experience managing print and/or digital marketing projects.
