The Role
We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator with 1–3 years of experience to support network deployment and infrastructure projects. This role helps ensure accurate project tracking, timely updates, and smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Work Location: Remote, Englewood, CO

The Main Responsibilities

Project Tracking & Data Support:

· Track key project milestones and maintain accurate, current status updates.

· Assist with validating forecasted vs. actual dates and identifying basic discrepancies.

· Support schedule reviews and help confirm task ownership.

Project Updates & Data Validation:

· Review project updates for completeness and alignment with project scope.

· Escalate risks, delays, or missing information to senior team members.

Communication & Coordination:

· Serve as a communication point for internal teams and external partners.

· Assist in preparing project status summaries and milestone reports.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration:

· Coordinate with engineering, construction, and vendor teams.

· Provide accurate data and project details to support project managers.

Required Qualifications

· 1–3 years of experience in telecom, utilities, construction, or related fields.

· Familiarity with milestone‑driven projects and maintaining accurate project data.

· Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Exposure to fiber, wireless, or network infrastructure.

· Familiarity with telecom lifecycle stages.

· Ability to identify trends or inconsistencies in project data.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$49,000 - $81,000
