About the Position: Serves as Supervisory Program Analyst (Project Controls) providing centralized project management support in planning, scheduling, estimating, costing, project accounting, change management, and risk assessments for Civil Construction, Environmental, Operations, and Work for Others across the Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Pittsburgh District. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience to qualify at the GS-13 level: One year of specialized experience which includes: assist in developing project schedules and budgets (e.g. civil construction projects, environmental cleanup/restoration, and operations); monitor project performance metrics and prepare preliminary reports for senior staff; conduct routine checks and document findings; gather data and ensure the accuracy of automated project management systems used; ((e.g. Project Management Information System (PROMIS), Project and Program Management Information System (P2), Primavera (P6), Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)). This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
