● You'll manage and coordinate a multidisciplinary PMO team including project managers, schedulers, financial analysts, quantity surveyors, project coordinators, and document control specialists.

● You'll independently validate EPC supplier performance, progress reporting, cost data, and schedule submissions to ensure accuracy and contract compliance.

● You'll oversee financial controls and invoice review processes across 30+ subcontractor suppliers, ensuring billing accuracy, proper documentation, and alignment with contract terms.

● You'll lead contract change management activities, including tracking, analysis, and validation of EPC supplier change requests for cost and schedule impact.

● You'll develop and deliver structured governance reporting, including weekly status reports, monthly performance reports, executive dashboards, and KPI tracking.

● You'll identify project risks early and support development of mitigation strategies, maintaining the project risk register with input from across the PMO.

● You'll ensure consistent, non-disruptive coordination with EPC supplier(s) while firmly protecting Company interests.

● You'll oversee document control functions, ensuring Company-accessible project records are complete and support turnover and closeout requirements.

● You'll support construction execution, commissioning, and project closeout oversight through to final contract completion verification.

● You'll mentor PMO team members and promote continuous improvement and delivery excellence throughout the program.
