What You Can Expect Working in Jr. Business Systems Analyst Position
As a Business Technology Partner I, you will assist in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing business systems across all LANGE companies. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, IT, and organizational leadership, you will analyze operational workflows, gather and document requirements, and contribute to the delivery of effective system enhancements that drive process efficiency and improve data visibility. This is a hands-on, growth-oriented position offering valuable opportunities to develop both technical and business acumen.
Responsibilities
• Collaborates with departments to understand business needs and gather detailed requirements.
• Documents on current and future software state workflows for key business processes.
• Provides training and guidance to end users on systems and process changes.
• Assists in configuring, implementing, and testing system enhancements, reports, and dashboards.
• Supports ERP, CRM, and other business applications under the guidance of senior analysts.
• Identifies, troubleshoots, and escalates system issues; documents resolutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Helps conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and create supporting documentation.
• Maintains business process documentation, data dictionaries, and SOPs.
• Monitors system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinates with IT and vendors to support integrations, updates, and patch cycles.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working with data, forms, and user interfaces.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in using or supporting ERP, CRM, or workflow systems.
• Exposure to project management or process improvement work.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Odoo, Power BI, or Visio.
