Project Controller

Location: Houston, Texas

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent


Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Controller to support the successful execution of complex subsea projects. This role is responsible for managing and monitoring project costs, budgets, revenue, schedules, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Controller will work closely with Project Managers, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial and operational reporting that supports effective decision-making and project performance.



Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder).
  • Must be based in Houston, Texas.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project controls, cost control, or project accounting, preferably within subsea services, offshore energy, oil and gas, marine construction, or EPC environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, costs, revenue, and forecasts on complex, multi-million-dollar projects.
