Job description

This position involves assisting in the planning, monitoring, and management of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with senior analysts and consultants to gather and analyze project data, prepare reports, and provide insights to help clients make informed decisions.

This is a hybrid role for the Connecticut area 

As a Project Controls Cost Analyst, a typical day may include the following:

  • Assist in collecting project data, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Analyze project data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks
  • Create and maintain project control databases and tracking systems
  • Prepare regular project status reports for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Summarize project performance metrics and highlight areas requiring attention

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Business, Engineering, or Project Management
  • 2 - 5+ years of applicable project controls/analyst experience
  • Prefer experience in electric utilities

  • This position pays between $90,000 and $115,000 annually and is an exempt position.
  • Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
