Job description

Relevant du Chef, contrôles de projet (chantier), la personne titulaire du poste assure le développement, la mise à jour et le suivi des échéanciers de projet, tout en contribuant à l’analyse de performance, à l’intégration des échéanciers des différentes parties prenantes et à la production des rapports d’avancement.
  • Développer, maintenir et mettre à jour l’échéancier maître de contrôle (niveau 3) de son ou ses secteurs en cohérence avec l’échéancier maître intégré (IMS).
  • Intégrer et valider les échéanciers détaillés (niveau 4) émis par les entrepreneurs en vérifiant la logique, les durées, les contraintes et les jalons.
  • Coder les activités selon les structures du projet (secteur, discipline, commodité, EPS) afin de permettre le rapport multi-structures.
  • Produire et diffuser l’échéancier prévisionnel à trois semaines (« look-ahead ») sur une base hebdomadaire.
  • Préparer les plans de rattrapage en cas de dérive du chemin critique et en assurer le suivi.
  • Mesurer, réviser et valider l’avancement physique à partir des quantités installées et des règles de crédit approuvées.
  • Calculer les heures gagnées et assurer le suivi de la performance.
  • Recouper les quantités installées avec l’avancement des activités et signaler les écarts.
  • Effectuer les analyses d’échéancier (SV, SPI) ainsi que les analyses de chemin critique.
  • Produire les courbes d’avancement (courbes en S) et les indicateurs de performance des secteurs sous sa responsabilité.
  • Intégrer les échéanciers des fournisseurs et entrepreneurs dans l’échéancier maître intégré du projet.
  • Réviser, contester et valider les livrables d’échéancier de l’ePCM et des entrepreneurs.
  • Maintenir l’alignement entre les échéanciers, la structure de découpage du projet (WBS), les budgets et les changements approuvés.
  • Veiller à l’intégrité, à la traçabilité et à l’auditabilité des données d’échéancier et d’avancement.
  • Soutenir la revue hebdomadaire du statut des lots d’approvisionnement (PPSR) et mettre à jour les échéanciers en conséquence.
  • Collaborer à la production des rapports d’avancement hebdomadaires et mensuels.
  • Participer aux revues d’échéancier avec les équipes de projet afin de traiter les écarts et les enjeux critiques.
  • Mettre en évidence les principaux risques et enjeux liés aux échéanciers dans les différents rapports de gestion.
