Job description

Brayman Construction Corporation is currently hiring for a full-time Quality Control Manager to join our team of professionals.


This position earns a competitive salary + Bonus + Profit Sharing and generous benefits, including medical insurance with an optional HSA, dental insurance, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off (PTO), holidays, wellness time and more.


The full-time schedule is typically Monday through Friday.


SUMMARY OF QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee our team of Quality Control staff and collaborate with other project team members
  • Ensure that the company's quality control procedures are being followed
  • Develop and implement quality control tests and procedures that meet or exceed company and project requirements

QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of related professional experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and Professional Engineer (PE) registration
  • Experience with the US Army Corps of Engineers is a plus
  • Experience in the inspection and testing of various construction disciplines like post tension anchoring, concrete, soils heavy construction
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

SAFETY

This is a Safety Sensitive Position requiring work on project sites, including federal projects with various safety hazards which are potentially life-threatening to the employee. This position may require working at heights, in confined spaces, around heavy equipment, around high voltage, and under constantly changing circumstances. This position will be subject to more stringent drug testing and compliance policies associated with our status as a Federal Contractor.
