Project Contracts Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing and managing contracts throughout the lifecycle of a project. They ensure that all contractual obligations between clients, contractors, and suppliers are met, while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. Their duties often include drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts, as well as resolving disputes and monitoring contract performance.
