Opportunity Overview:
Project Management Consultant - Early-Stage Solar
Contract 1 Year
Juno Beach, FL - 100% Onsite
We offer no per diem or relocation assistance, so you will be asked to live within a drivable distance of Juno Beach, FL.
Your Day-to-Day:
You will work for the largest renewable construction company in the world of the Solar Regional Lead Project Manager as system, business, and project support. This is a progressive role that offers opportunity for career growth.
This is an in-office Juno Beach FL position in the Pre-Construction (early stage) group. The attributes of this role encompass: Technical, Construction, Commercial, and Financial. Well-rounded individuals with technical skills, or technical minded individuals.
Daily activities include, but do not limit to
โ€ข Primary responsibility is to take ownership of assigned Solar projects while working collaboratively with your Regional Lead to manage projects through the Early-Stage process in preparation for turnover to the Construction team.
โ€ข Daily management of each assigned Solar project is all-encompassing. You will deliver a technically practical, schedule appropriate, commercially supported, and financially viable project.
โ€ข Analyze technical and financial data, build notable variables, indicators, and trends as related to the assigned Solar projects.
โ€ข Create, take ownership over, and manage assigned Solar project capital budget.
I serve as development and permitting support. I coordinate with and leverage subject matter experts. I facilitate Engineering and actively engage in problem resolution. I support capital budget activities through approvals. I work to develop a viable construction plan and schedule. I support negotiations and execution of commercial contracts. I investigate optimization opportunities.
โ€ข Participate in multiple software applications to support your project activities, manage critical data and deliverables.
โ€ข Communicate and interface with Executive Leadership with the support of your Regional Lead
โ€ข All other daily tasks required by Regional Lead to maintain overall group organization, data deliverables, team readiness, and individual project viability.
Who You Are:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering
โ€ข Financial and data analysis skillset
โ€ข Mechanical awareness and interest in technical variables
โ€ข Construction, Energy Industry, and/or Solar experience
โ€ข Strong interest in career growth on the Project Management path
