As a Human Resources Assistant, you are a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, demonstrating sound judgment, discretion, and a strong sense of ownership. You communicate with clarity and confidence, build trusted relationships across the organization, and bring a continuous improvement mindset that enhances processes, drives efficiency, and elevates the overall performance of the People & Culture function.

  • What you will do:
  • Provides high-level executive support by managing complex priorities, communications, and follow-through while maintaining discretion and sound judgment.
  • Coordinates and tracks cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and team outputs remain aligned, visible, and on schedule.
  • Oversees daily People & Culture operations, managing office logistics, stakeholder relationships, and maintaining a professional, efficient, and well-functioning environment.
  • Manages budgets, onboarding logistics, and compliance processes while driving continuous improvement and enhancing overall team effectiveness.

What you offer:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field, with demonstrated experience supporting senior executives, ideally within a People/HR function.
  • 3+ years of experience managing projects and budgets for a multi-person team, with strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with experience leveraging HR systems such as HRIS, ATS, or digital signature platforms.
  • Strong competencies in continuous improvement, financial acumen, communication, accountability, and discretion when handling sensitive executive and employee information.
