Job description

We are seeking an experiencedElectrical Project Managerto lead the execution of large-scalemission critical, data center, industrial, power, and advanced manufacturing projectsacross the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity for a construction professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys leading complex electrical scopes from planning and procurement through commissioning and project closeout. The ideal candidate brings strong electrical construction expertise, leadership experience, and a proven ability to manage safety, schedule, cost, quality, and client relationships on large-scale projects.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the successful execution of electrical construction projects from preconstruction through turnover and closeout.
  • Manage project planning, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee self-perform electrical scopes including:
    • Medium- and low-voltage power distribution systems
    • Underground duct banks and grounding systems
    • Switchgear and electrical equipment installation
    • Cable tray and raceway systems
    • Power, controls, communications, and instrumentation systems
    • Commissioning and startup activities
  • Drive project performance related to safety, quality, cost, schedule, and productivity.
  • Monitor labor productivity, material tracking, equipment utilization, and subcontractor performance.
  • Manage change orders, risk mitigation, forecasting, and project controls.
  • Lead client meetings and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, trade partners, engineers, and field teams.
  • Support project sequencing, manpower planning, commissioning readiness, and turnover planning.
  • Mentor and develop Project Engineers, Field Engineers, and project teams.
  • Collaborate with safety and quality teams to ensure compliance with project and company standards.
  • Support business development and preconstruction efforts, including constructability reviews and client presentations.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Equivalent electrical trade, field leadership, or construction experience will be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects.
  • Experience within one or more of the following sectors:
    • Data Centers
    • Mission Critical Facilities
    • Industrial Construction
    • Power Generation & Distribution
    • Advanced Manufacturing
    • Energy Infrastructure
  • Experience managing self-perform electrical scopes strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of medium-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems.
  • Understanding of electrical construction methods, project controls, scheduling, and commissioning processes.
  • Experience managing budgets, contracts, forecasting, procurement, and risk management.
  • Proven leadership experience overseeing field personnel, engineers, subcontractors, and project teams.
  • Experience with construction management, scheduling, and estimating software platforms.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-moving, deadline-driven environments.
  • Willingness to travel extensively based on project needs.
