The North Highland Company saw an opportunity to expand its project-based consulting business into staffing by leveraging its high-touch and highly professional account management approach. In 2008, they brought in a group of successful staffing executives to start TrueBridge Resources. This team launched a values-based company that treats its clients and associates the way they deserve.

Job Description

Provides standard legal communications and correspondence.  

Researches and resolves inquiries and/or complaints of internal clients, as well as external customers and their representatives; serves as first point of escalation for issues related to legal agreements. 

Participates in project teams for new products and services providing analysis of impact to legal agreements.  

Serves as liaison with assigned business areas regarding special projects /requests.  

Applies strong understanding of business best practices to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.  

Identifies business processes requiring improvement and recommends alternative solutions to management.  

Produce periodic and/or ad hoc reports on area and unit progress, customer satisfaction, etc.  


Qualifications

3+ years of experience including recent work with contract management, analysis, or administration.

Experience working for a large organization (at least 1,000 employees)

Prior work with contracts dealing with employee retirement (ERISA regulations) preferred.

Bachelor's Degree is preferred
