Job Summary:
Management Solutions is seeking a Project Controls Associate to support project planning, scheduling, and cost control efforts across major initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with development, maintaining, and analyze integrated critical path schedules in accordance with project specifications
  • Collect and update project progress data from project teams and stakeholders
  • Assist with monitoring project metrics including schedule dates, physical percent complete, resource needs, subcontractor deliverables, and accruals
  • Assist with documenting planning objectives, scope, and milestones for inclusion in scheduling processes
  • Track schedule progress
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and federal/government contract requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred)
  • 2-5 years of work experience
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with scheduling
  • Organized, detail oriented and proactive
  • Familiarity with any scheduling tool such as Primavera or MS Project
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to successfully complete any required background investigation and pre-employment screening consistent with federal contract requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with DoD or DOE contracts
  • Familiarity with project controls tools and methodologies in a federal contracting environment

Work Authorization:
U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.
Working Conditions:
This position is primarily performed in an office environment or a home office setting. Employees will be required to use a computer and other office equipment for extended periods. Employees must be available to work during Alaska Daylight Time Zone business hours.
