JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for overseeing and managing small to medium complexity of projects independently or assisting with larger projects under supervision. This role focuses on execution and operational tasks, like scheduling, resource allocation, and day-to-day monitoring of projects. This role also defines, structure and plan projects. The role will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and provide leadership for project implementation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Responsible for developing project plans, driving project implementation, monitoring and completion of projects from small to medium complexity.
  • Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial performance.
  • Monitor project progress reports and metrics and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
    Identify potential risk and develop mitigation strategies and plan.
  • Ensure project documents are completed, accurate and accessible.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards ensuring compliance with policies, processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.
  • Resolve issues and escalate critical issues, when needed.
  • Reports and Presentations: Provides status updates, presentations and reports to management.
    Coordinate multiple resources within outside your area to support the goals of the project.
  • Assist senior project managers and portfolio managers with administrative and project monitoring tasks.

EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration

EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in business administration with a major in Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, or related area, with one (1) to three (3) years of experience, preferably in the insurance and health industry.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
